Basic thrust of passage: Both poor and rich Christians must view themselves as God does.
Point # 1 Poor Christians must boast in their exalted position -their union with Christ (9).
Point # 2 Rich Christians must boast in their humble position – their identification with Jesus and his people - and realize that soon they will die (10-11).
